StablecoinLicensing.com is an independent information website about stablecoin licensing under the US GENIUS Act. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. We are not affiliated with any government agency.
What data we collect
- Contact form: name, work email, organization, role, organization type, project stage and needs, and any message you choose to send.
- Technical data: our hosting provider may process standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operation of the website.
We do not use advertising cookies or trackers.
Why we use it (and legal basis)
- To answer your request and introduce you to relevant specialists. Basis: your consent and steps taken at your request.
- To send you regulatory updates, only if you opted in. Basis: your consent.
- To secure and operate the website. Basis: our legitimate interest.
Who we share it with
With your consent, we share your request details with a limited number of selected specialists (for example regulatory advisers, compliance consultancies, accounting firms or infrastructure providers) so they can contact you. We may receive compensation from these partners. We never sell your data to data brokers. We also rely on technical service providers (hosting, form processing, email) acting on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Contact requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the EU GDPR and US state privacy laws such as the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time.
